Our adventure began in the northeast Italy and today stretches out towards the global horizon.
Hydroven is founded
The company initially started with the resale of hydraulic components, dedicated mainly to vehicles. The opportunities for growth in the sector were such that the company is now developing its own power packs.
AutoCAD comes onto the scene
AutoCAD drawing software was introduced into the technical office, revolutionising the way designers create and communicate their designs.
The arrival of AutoCAD simplified oleodynamic design, enabling the rapid creation of accurate drawings and supporting technical development more efficiently. This led to greater precision and quality in the construction of the final product.
The first of many
Hydroven designed its first industrial power pack, expanding its range of hydraulic and oleodynamic solutions.
The Interpump era begins
Entering the Interpump Group provided support and resources to continue to grow.
The Interpump Group is a leading Italian manufacturer of high-pressure pumps, fittings and valves for hydraulic and oleodynamic applications. Founded in 1975, the company is headquartered in Sant’Ilario d’Enza, in the province of Reggio Emilia, and operates globally with production facilities and sales offices in Europe, America and Asia.
The system is certified
Hydroven achieved TUV UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality System, demonstrating its commitment to excellence.
Even more innovation
The first PLC-controlled test benches were built, offering greater precision in line testing and end-of-process quality control.
PLC-controlled test benches are used to test hydraulic components with automatic control systems, capable of executing precise test cycles and recording data in real time. They simulate the working conditions of the component and are essential for quality control in production.
Everything is leaner
Lean Production techniques represented the latest step in optimising production processes and reducing waste.
Hydroven’s offering grows
Hydroven Industry entered the lubrication and filtration sector, expanding the range of products offered to customers.
Acquisition of Fluid System
Hydroven acquired 100% of FLUID SYSTEM 80 in Remanzacco, Udine, a company specialising in hydraulic systems for the steel industry.
New projects, new goals
Hydroven complemented design with the implementation of highly-complex logic blocks with the purchase of numerically-controlled machinery, continuing to innovate and develop in the sector.
The term manifold design refers to the development of hydraulic oil distribution systems utilised in a broad range of industrial applications. Designing a logic block is a complex activity that must meet the functionality of the circuit, compatible with the system in which it is integrated.
Investing in the present, looking towards the future
The plant was expanded, with more space for production. A new layout was developed for the fitting and assembly lines, along with the addition of an automated warehouse.
