The months of March and April 2023 were dedicated to the completion of 2 test benches for Walvoil, the “Valves Division” of the Interpump Group.
It has been a great privilege for Hydroven to collaborate with this prestigious subsidiary and to offer all its passion, expertise and experience at the service of Walvoil to produce these sophisticated hydraulic benches dedicated to the automatic testing of valves, distributors and hydraulic components.
With a compact structure conceived to deliver the best performance and designed taking into account the space available in the Italian and Indian plants, this benches support workers in the best possible way.
The system capable of expressing a maximum power output of over 70 kW has great versatility thanks to the 2 high pressure and high flow branches, as required to meet operator needs.
From versatility to digitisation, the bench can handle the significant quantities for testing and formalise a report on the successfully-tested component.
All this is easily managed through a modern PLC designed with intelligible and quickly intuitive software.
